Order Processing

  • Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

  • Once your order is processed, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Please note that processing time is separate from shipping time.

International Shipping (No Available)

International customers are responsible for:

These charges are not included in the product price or shipping cost and may vary by country.


Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email.

Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update after shipment.


Incorrect Address

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout.

FIRST LEVEL is not responsible for orders delayed, returned, or lost due to incorrect or incomplete addresses. Additional shipping fees may apply for reshipment.


Lost or Stolen Packages

FIRST LEVEL is not liable for lost or stolen packages marked as “Delivered” by the carrier.

If you experience an issue, please contact the carrier directly or reach out to our support team for assistance.


Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery

  • Include photos of the damaged product and packaging

We will review the issue and provide a resolution where applicable.


Shipping Restrictions

We currently do not ship to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses unless otherwise stated at checkout.
